Home delivery service at Johns
Due to Coronavirus we are supporting our community by going back to offering home deliveries (that we started in 1926)
NEW! HOME DELIVERY SERVICE OR COLLECT IN STORE
Due to high customer demand, we’re going back to our grocery roots and resurrecting our home delivery service to support our local communities due to the Coronavirus. This service will give priority to those who are having to self-isolate along with the over 70s and vulnerable groups.
Delivery will currently be FREE in Appledore and Instow villages and with just a small delivery charge of £2.50 where the van will be needed to deliver orders including the neighbouring areas of Northam, Westward Ho!, Abbotsham, Bideford, Westleigh, Yelland, Fremington and surrounding rural communities, 6 days a week Monday through to Saturday inclusive. NOW EXTENDED up to and including Barnstaple and Torrington towns for just £5 delivery. Our teams will guide you with delivery charges.
Orders will be ready for collection or delivery the next day. Minimum order value for delivery £20 (excluding delivery charge).

- Paying for your order
Payment will be taken by credit card and details taken over the phone when you place your order
- 3. Putting your order together
Leave that to us as we will do all of that for you. We’re here to help. We will substitute where possible with an equivalent product should we unexpectedly be out of stock of a product.
- Receiving your order
Orders will be ready the next day. If you have someone that can collect the order then let them know to come to your chosen Johns store. If you would like delivery, then we will deliver the next day, ring the bell and leave your parcel on the doorstep to maintain safety and hygiene guidance.
